Telecommunications Relay Service
Boost Mobile supports services for communicating with speech and/or hearing impaired individuals. You can dial 711 to reach a local Telecommunications Relay Center. You will then be connected to your destination number. Relay service works through a Communications Assistant who reads messages typed into a TDD/TTY device by a speech or hearing impaired individual to you. The Communications Assistant then types your spoken messages to the hearing or speech impaired individual. Telecommunications Relay Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and every call is strictly confidential.
