SNMP Versions

	Use a community string match for
V1, V2c Read	authentication. This means that the SNMP		public

For SNMP V3, there are two levels of privilege for different accounts to access the EDS. Admin privilege allows access, and authorization to read and write the MIB file. User privilege only allows reading the MIB file, but does not authorize writing.
