Set “Active” to Yes, and specify the IP Protocol as 17, which is the UDP protocol number
(in decimal) from the Assigned Numbers RFC as described on page 8-10.

Specify Source Port #137, NetBIOS Naming Service, and set the Port # Comparison field
to look for port numbers “equal” to 137.
For packets that match this comparison, you want to drop the packet, so set Action Matched to
“Drop.” For packets not matching, you want to continue to the next rule, so set Action Not
Matched to “Check Next Rule.”
