Digital zoom is enabled.

The zoom ratio is limited within a range in which the

 

image quality does not deteriorate (up to the V

 

position of the zoom indicator) (A33).

 

• Digital zoom cannot be used in the following

 

situations.

 

- When Image size is F4000×3000,

 

E3264×2448, I3984×2656, u3968×2232

- When the Movie options setting is d

 

1080P/30p/o1080P/25p, e1080/

 

30p/p1080/25p, h/uHS 480/4×,

Digital zoom is disabled.

B Notes About Digital Zoom

•Digital zoom cannot be used in the following situations.

-When Scene auto selector, Portrait, Night portrait, Easy panorama in Panorama or Pet portrait is selected in scene mode

-When Zoom exposure is selected in special effects mode

•Digital zoom cannot be used when using certain settings of other functions.

•When digital zoom is in effect, Metering (E45) is set to Center-weightedor Spot depending on the magnification of an enlargement.
