CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM

	The compressor is malfunctioning	Replace the belt
		Replace the compressor
	There are gas leaks from the system	Check the line
		Supply with gas
There is no fresh air	The expansion valve is faulty	Replace the valve
	The switch is not turned on	Turn on the switch
	The fuse is burned	Replace the fuse
	The gas pressure switch is faulty	Replace the pressure switch
	The relay is burned	Replace the relay
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
	The fuse is burned	Replace the fuse
	The bulb is burned	Replace the bulb
The turn signals are faulty	There is an open in the combination switch	Replace the combination switch
	The warning switch is damaged	Replace the switch
	The intermittence is burned	Replace the intermittence
	The fuse is burned	Replace the fuse
The brake lights are faulty	The bulb is burned	Replace the bulb
	The microswitch is faulty	Replace the microswitch
	The fuse is burned	Replace the fuse
The running lights are faulty	The bulb is burned	Replace the bulb
	There is an open in the combination switch	Replace the combination switch
	The fuse is burned	Replace the fuse
The low beams are faulty	The bulb is burned	Replace the bulb
	There is an open in the combination switch	Replace the combination switch
	The relay is burned	Replace the relay
	The fuse is burned	Replace the fuse
The high beams are faulty	The bulb is burned	Replace the bulb
	There is an open in the combination switch	Replace the combination switch
	The relay is burned	Replace the relay

The horn is mute	The horn is faulty	Replace the horn
	There is an open in the combination switch	Replace the combination switch
	The relay is burned	Replace the relay
	The fl uid is insuffi cient	Supply with fl uid
	There is a short circuit in the battery	Replace the battery
The battery does not keep the charge	elements
	The battery terminals are loose	Check and tighten the terminals
	The motors are overloaded	Check the motor electrical input
The battery runs out of charge fast	The charging cycle is too short	Extend the charging cycle
	The battery elements are dead	Replace the battery

SCRAPPING

Have the machine scrapped by a qualifi ed scrapper.

Before scrapping the machine, remove and separate the following materials, which must be disposed of properly according to the law in force:

–Brooms

–Engine oil

–Engine oil fi lter

–Hydraulic system oil

–Hydraulic system oil fi lters

–Plastic components

–Electrical and electronic components

NOTE

Refer to the nearest Nilfi sk-Advance Center especially when scrapping electrical and electronic components.
