Using the 8-port TokenSpeed and TokenSpeed/MCP Switch Modules

Figure 2-5 shows a network where each ring segment uses a separate router port. By using a TokenSpeed module in a Centillion switch, you can concentrate many physical ring segments into a few logical rings that use fewer router ports.
