Installing the DFC on systems equipped with	3
a BIC

Only one DFC can be installed in the NAM. The DFC connects to the Media Services Bus Expansion Card (BEC) daughterboard attached to the Media Services Base Interface Card (BIC) through the PCM Expansion Bus (PEB) cable. This cable must be connected from the DFC to the BIC. The PEB cable connects the DFC to the BIC to share the ports connected to the Norstar KSU.
