Collating can be carried out with or without a hard disk drive installed. However, printers with a hard disk drive will provide greater performance.

1.Open the file in your application and select File →Print.

2.In the Print dialog box, click the Postscript emulation printer, then click Properties.

3.On the Paper tab, enter the number of Copies you wish to print.

4.Click the Device Options tab. In the Printer features list box (1), click Collate, then click Yes in the Change setting drop-down list (2).

5.Click OK to return to the Print dialog box, then click OK to print the document.
