Turning Off the Memory RX Mode
1Press the or key to select UTILITY, and then press the Enter key.

ifying Settings in the Utility Menu” on page 36.
2Press the or key to select FAX RX OPERATION, and then press the
Enter key.
3Check that MEMORY RX MODE is selected, and then press the Enter key.
4Using the or keys, select OFF, and then press the Enter key.
The password input box appears.
" If no password was specified, memory reception mode is canceled.
5Enter the password, and then press the Enter key.
Memory reception mode is canceled.
" If faxes are saved in memory, printing of the faxes begins.
Specifying Forwarding Settings
1Press the or key to select UTILITY, and then press the Enter key.

2Press the or key to select FAX RX OPERATION, and then press the
Enter key.
3Press the or key to select FORWARD, and then press the Enter key.
The FORWARD setting appears.
4Press the or key to select ON or ON (PRINT), and then press the Enter
key.
5Enter the destination, or select from the speed dial destinations.
" To select from the speed dial destinations, press the ADDRESS BOOK
key, type in the speed dial number, and then press the ENTER key.
" An e-mail address can also be specified.
6Press the Enter key.
The forwarding settings are specified.
