Setting the Maximum Volume

You can set the maximum volume for the CBX-300.

By default, the maximum volume is set to 44.

Set the CBX-300 to Standby.

Press and hold down the MENU/ NO button for 5 seconds until “Max Vol” appears on the display.

The current maximum volume is dis- played.

Use the Previous [En-48Manual background ] and Next [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] buttons to adjust the maxi- mum volume from 44 to 50.

Press [ENTER].

The maximum volume level is set and “Complete” appears on the display, after which, the display returns to nor- mal.

The value that you set here is in fact the Max value, so you won’t actually see that volume value on the display. For example, if you set the maximum vol- ume to 50, the volume values you see on the display will be Min, 1–49, Max.
