key to complete editing the Number and proceed to enter the Name. The first character flashes on the display.
6. Press the numeric keys to enter the new Name. As mentioned in Step 4, you can
perform similar editing by pressing ! / | or X key when necessary. |

key to confirm the updated Name.
8. Press 
key to return to the previous mode.
Note: If you do not perform step 8, the unit will return to the previous mode after 20 seconds.

With cordless handset
During standby mode,
1. Press

2. Press or | to browse stored records. |
3. Press 
key to dial the number.
While you are viewing the record that you wish to edit,
1. Press and hold | key. The display on the | John_ | |||
right is shown. |

key to complete editing the Name and proceed to edit the Number.
