In case of replacing your GLOBARANGE phone, you will need to contact A Support Center in order to transfer your Anumber and account information to the new phone.

You will not be able to use your Aaccount on the new phone unless you contact ASupport Center. For more information, please go to the Support section of the Member Center using your Anumber and password at www.joip.com
