l I answered a call when
the phone rang, but the call
was disconnected.
LThe ringer may continue to sound for several
seconds after the caller hangs up because of
the time lag of the signal transmission.
l During a conversation,
the following occurs:
– noise is heard.
– the soun d is interrupted.
– the soun d is delayed.
LIt may be caused by someone using a
computer connected to the same network as
the unit.
LConfirm the speed of Internet connection. The
unit requires 100 kbps for each upstream and
downstream. If less than 100 kbps is
provided, visit www.joip.com or contact the
A service provider.

Lk Generally, caller information is
displayed from the 2nd ring.
Lk Your unit is connected to a landline with
DSL service. We recommend connecting a
filter (contact your DSL service provider) to
the telephone line between the base unit and
the telephone line jack.
Lk Other telephone equipment may be
interfering with this unit. Disconnect the other
equipment and try again.
