■Changing the Paper Size

The paper trays are designed to accommodate invoice, letter, letter R, legal and ledger size paper. To change the paper size, perform the steps shown below.

$Press the SET key.

&Input the Key Operator ID code (3 digit) and the SET key.

(Press 00 and the SET key to select the PAPER SIZE.

00 PAPER SIZE 1:TRAY-1[LTRB]

)Press 1-4to select the paper tray and press F or G keys to set paper size. Paper size changes are as follows.

*Press the SET key to set up the PAPER SIZE.

+Press the RESET key, then exit the Function mode.
