■Editing the Address Book

If you have to change or erase any of the Address Book stations, follow the steps below.

To change the settings of an Address Book station

1 Press Function Key.

2		Touch the Scanner Settings button
		and touch “06 Edit address book”.
3	Select the station you wish to change.
		Ex: SALES DEPT
4		Then enter a new IP Address and
		touch the OK button.
		Ex: 123.001.056.220
		NOTE:When entering one or two digit

address, add “00” or “0” before that address.
