Chapter 4 Adding to the Address Book

Editing Image Box Name

The image box name can be changed.

For instructions on how to save Scanned image to an image box, refer to Scan to the Internal Hard Disk Drive (see page 14).

When there is data stored in the image box, the image box name cannot be changed.

1 Press the Function key.			4 Select “30 Edit Image Box Name”.

2 Select “Scanner Settings”.	5 Select the desired image box name.

3 Select “30-34”.				6 Input the new image box name, and
3 Select “30-34”.				then select “OK”.

Up to 15 characters.

For instructions on how to enter characters, refer to Using the Keyboard in the Operating Instructions (For Function Parameters) on the provided CD-ROM.
