Programmable Functions

To check the date/time, repeat steps 1 and 2 on page 12.

•The current date/time is displayed. When ﬁnished, press [OFF].

For Caller ID service users (p. 26)

•Caller ID information will reset the clock after the ﬁrst ring if the adjusted time is incorrect.

•If the time has not previously been set, Caller ID information will not adjust the clock.

•Caller ID information will automatically adjust the clock for daylight saving time.

Preparation

Display Language Handset

You can select either ENGLISH or SPANISH as the display language. The factory preset is ENGLISH.

1Press [MENU].

2	Scroll to “Initial setting” by pressing [>]
	or [>], then press Select.
3	Scroll to “Change language” by pressing [>]
	or [>], then press Select.

4Select the language by pressing Español or

English.

5Press Guard. or Save, then press [OFF].
