RThe following items will be retained:

–Display language

–Date and time

–Phonebook

–Handset name

–Repeater mode

–Recordings, including your greeting message and caller messages (KX-TG8561 series: page 3)

RIf you select the desired country in step 2, the following default settings will be changed for the selected country’s default settings:

–Recall/flash time (page 31)

–Message centre 1 and 2 (page 28)

–SMS on/off (page 28)

RAccording to your country selection in step 2, the answering system announcement language changes as follows (KX-TG8561 series: page 3):

–“Other” = English

–“Česká rep.” = Czech

–“Slovensko” = Slovak

RAfter changing the unit’s region setting/

resetting the base unit, is displayed on the handset momentarily. This is normal

and the handset can be used once is displayed.

Calendar/Schedule

You can program 20 schedule alarms for each handset using the calendar. A schedule alarm sounds at the set time for 1 minute. A text memo can also be displayed for the schedule alarm.

Important:

RSet the date and time beforehand (page 15).

RIf the unit is connected to a PBX system, date information may not be properly received. Set the PBX system to receive the correct date information. Contact your PBX supplier if necessary.
