Using a Cellular Phone with this Unit

Connecting the cellular phone

You need to connect to a registered cellular phone to the base unit before you can use this feature.

3Select the desired cellular phone. i {SET}

LThe selected cellular phones are indicated by “Q”.

4{STOP}

Note:

LIn step 3, the base unit requires your cellular phone to accept the connection. Depending on your cellular phone, it may ask you if you accept the connection requirement from the base unit. Refer to the operating instructions of your cellular phone for further operations.

Making/answering calls using a cellular line

LBefore making or answering calls, confirm that you have connected your cellular phone to the base unit (page 87).

Important:

LYou can place the handset on the charger while using the speakerphone. The call is not disconnected.

1Dial the phone number. i{CELL} LIf you registered only one cellular

phone, skip to step 4.

2Select the desired cellular phone.

3{SELECT}

4When you finish talking, press {OFF}.

Base unit

1Dial the phone number. i {CELLULAR}

LIf you registered only one cellular phone, skip to step 4.

2Select the desired cellular phone.

3{SET}

4When you finish talking, press {SP- PHONE}.
