4 Press ▲▼ to select “Time Zone Adjust” and press

ENTER.

•TIME ZONE shows the time difference from Greenwich meantime (GMT).

PST (Pacific Standard Time)	=	GMT –8
AST (Alaska Standard Time)	=	GMT –9
