PARENTAL CONTROLS

Your phone can be configured to block both purchased and streamed media content. Before filtering, you must first establish a PIN code and e-mail address. Once those have been established, you can choose one of the two available filter options: Content Filter and Purchase Blocker.

Content Filters: Allows you restrict access to inappropriate content both on and outside of MEdia Net.

Purchase Blocker: Allows you restrict the ability to buy ringtones, downloads, games, etc., from this phone.

SETTING UP PARENTAL CONTROL

1On the home screen, press the Start > All Programs > Cellular Video > [O].

2Use the [U/D] to highlight the Customize CV button from the bottom of the homepage and press the [O].

3From the Customize CV – Options > Parental Controls > [O]. 4Press [O]to access the MEdia Net parental setup fields.

5From the Parental Control Setup screen, use your keypad to enter information into the following fields: PIN Code, Re-enter PIN code, contact e-mail address.

6Use the navigation keys to highlight the Save > [O]. Allow a few minutes for your information to be received and accepted by MEdia Net. You can then use this information to activate the parental filters.

CONFIGURING THE FILTERS

1On the home screen, press the Start > All Programs > Cellular Video > [O].

2Use [U/D] to highlight the Customize Cellular > [O].

3Press [O].

4When prompted, enter the PIN and e-mail address which was registered with MEdia Net in the previous section.

8Select Content Filters or Purchase Blocker > [O].

9Select Save to save the setting.
