Delete AN Account, Edit Predefined Text

DELETE AN ACCOUNT

You can delete accounts you have previously set up in the Messaging function.

1On the home screen, press Start > All Programs > Messaging > [O].

2Select an account to delete.

3Press Menu > Delete.

EDIT PREDEFINED TEXT

You can edit the predeﬁned text included with the phone to create words or phrases that you frequently use in messages.

1On the home screen, press Start > All Programs > Messaging > [O].

2Select an account.

3Press Menu > New and scroll to the body of the message.

4Press Menu > My Text.

5Press Menu > Edit My Text.

6Select the text to edit.

7Edit the text and press Done.

EMPTY THE DELETED ITEMS FOLDER

If you don’t have a need to store deleted items, you can delete the Deleted Items folder itself.

1On the home screen, press Start > All Programs > Messaging > [O].

2Select an account.

3Press Menu > Tools > Empty Deleted Items.
