♦For the On-Demand sensor, hold a white label against the sensor as shown. When you cover the sensor with a label, the values change on the screen. The valid range is between 3.0 and 5.0. If the sensor is covered by a black mark, the valid range is between 0 and 1.5.

4. The value listed for PH Temperature is the current temperature of the

On-Demand Sensor being covered by label.

printhead. The valid range is between 5 and 60 Celsius. The temperature of the printhead depends upon the number of labels printed and the operating environment. If the temperature is greater than 60, the printer will not print.

5. Tap Stop to stop the test and clear the values. Tap Start to run the test again.

Note: If the value is not within the ranges, make a note of the values given and call Service.

6. Tap Back to return to the Print Engine Tests screen.

Tap Done to return to the desktop.
