Temperature vs. Resistance Data

SunTouch systems use 10k Ω thermistor sensors. When the solar sensor is disconnected from the SunTouch

system, the sensor will read 10k Ω at 77º F (25ºC). Refer to the tables on the following pages for the

resistance at other temperatures. The resistance reading for any given temperature should be accurate to

±0.5ºF. For any given temperature, the resistance reading should be accurate to ±1%. Be sure that the solar

sensor is connected to the SunTouch system before making any DC voltage measurements. The reading should

be accurate to ± 2%.
