Child lock (DVD and VCD)

This function can prevent children from viewing discs.

When in use, a four-digit code (PIN) must be entered in order to play a disc.

In addition, you can set a disc to be played 'always' or 'once' despite the child lock.

•)'Play always':

This disc has been placed in a list that fits 50 such 'child safe discs'. When more than 50 discs have been added to the list, the oldest disc is removed to make room for the new one. 'Child safe' will appear on the screen at the start of playback.

This disc can be played only once. The PIN must be reentered the next time you try to play the disc.
