Using your video recorder remote controlwith your TV set
Yourvideo recorder remote control can transmit several
commandsto TV sets of different makes.
Byusing the TV buttons on the panel in the middle of the
control,you can:
Sq increasethe TV volume
Sr reducethe TV volume
TVyswitch off sound
TVmswitch off the TV set
TVqnext programme number
TVrprevious programme number
aHold TVyand enter the correct remote control
commandwith the number buttons 0-9 .
Youwill find a list of all available remote control
commandson the last page of this manual.
DIfthe selected code does not work with your TV set,
orif the make of your TV is not in the list, you can try
outthe codes one after the other.
Selecting the sound track
Youcan select the required sound track. This is of particular
interestwhen the audio transmissions are multilingual.
aPress SELECT .The current settings will appear on the TV
screen.
bBypressing SELECT severaltimes you can select from
thefour possibilities displayed (’STEREO’, ’RIGHT’,
’LEFT’,’MONO’, ’MIXED’).
DDubbedsound recordings can be replayed with the
’MONO’or’MIXED’setting.
’MONO’:Dubbed (linear) sound track.
’MIXED’:Original sound (hi-fi sound track) together
withdubbed sound (linear sound track).
DIfthe cassette does not have stereo sound recorded
onit, the video recorder will automatically switch to
mono.
