Introduction 1

PC Camera

If you have purchased the optional PC Camera, make sure you install the driv- er/software application (see “PC Camera” on page 7 - 7). Use the Fn + F8 key combination to toggle power to the PC Camera (see “Function Keys and Numeric Keypad” on page 2 - 14).

LCD Panel

The computer comes with a wide screen TFT (Thin Film Transistor), Liquid

Crystal Display screen (see “LCD” on page A - 2 for details).

LED Power & Communication Indicators

These indicators display the system power status, and battery status of the computer. The third indicator may be configured to give a visual confirmation when e-mail is received in the default e-mail program (see “LED Power & Communication Indicators” on page 2 - 3).

Stereo Speakers

The built-in speakers provide rich, stereo sound.

Sound

The SRS WOW Sur- round Sound may be toggled ON/ OFF using the Fn + F7 key combination.
