You can also erase a file or folder by pressing CLEAR when the file or folder is highlighted. Press ENTER to confirm.

Copying

1Select the file(s) or folder(s) you want to copy. You can select multiple folders, or multiple files within a folder using the Multi-Mode; see Selecting multiple files or folders on page 83.

Copying a folder will copy all the files contained in it.

2Select ‘File Options’ or ‘Folder Options’ (or ‘Multi- Mode Options’).

3Select ‘Copy’ or ‘Copy Folder Contents’.

4Enter a new name for the file/folder. Filenames or Foldernames can be up to 64 characters long.

Locking/Unlocking

Locking files will protect them from accidental erasure and prevent them from being renamed.

Use the same process to both lock and unlock files. Locked files are displayed in the Photo Viewer with a padlock icon.

1Select the file(s) you want to lock (or unlock). You can select multiple files within a folder using the Multi-Mode; see Selecting multiple files or folders on page 83.

2Select ‘File Options’ or ‘Folder Options’ (or ‘Multi- Mode Options’).

3Select ‘Lock’ or ‘Lock Folder Contents’.
