To turn the camera off:

Press the POWER button.

Press the tabs on both sides
of the lens cap, and attach
the lens cap to the camera
lens.
Caution-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
•Remove the lens cap before turning on the camera. If you t urn on the camera before
removing the lens cap, a message is displayed. Fol low the message instruction to
operate.
•After the camera is turned on, it may takes longer for the camera to become ready
for shooting when using the flash than when not u sing the flash.
Auto power off----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --
•If the camera goes unused for a set period of time, it automatically turns itself off to
save power. (Auto Power Off)
•The auto power off setting can be changed. (GP.144)
