Various Shooting Functions

This function is not available when [PIC QUALITY/SIZE] is set to RAW mode.

During Multi-shot, the digital zoom is activated even when [DIGITAL ZOOM IMG] is set to [AUTO RSZ] on the SETUP menu.

If you are using the LCD viewfinder (VF-1), the image you took does not appear during CONT./S-CONT/M-CONT.

If you are using the LCD monitor, the image you took appears only when shooting with CONT. The image does not appear during S-CONT and M-CONT.

When shooting with S-CONT or M-CONT, the ISO setting is fixed at [AUTO] even if it is set to [ISO 80] or [ISO 100].

The maximum number of images that can be shot in the multi-shot mode depends on the image size setting.

The numbers of images that can be shot in the multi-shot mode with the internal memory are as shown in the table below.

1 Turn the mode dial to 5/P/A/M/SCENE.

2 Press the MENU/OK button.

• The shooting setting menu is displayed.

3 Press the " button to select [CONT. MODE] and press the $ button.

4 Press the !" buttons to select [CONT], [S-CONT], or [M- CONT].

5 Press the MENU/OK button, or press the # button and then the MENU/OK button.

• The symbol appears on the screen.
