D Press {U} or {T} to select the destination, and then press {V}.

The check box on the left side of the selected destination is selected.

E Press {OK}.

Note

❒Up to 100 destinations can be displayed as search results.

❒If under [System Settings], [LDAP Search] is set to [On], a screen to select a search object appears when you press {Search Destination}. On the screen, select [Search Address Book], and then press {OK}.

❒To cancel a selected destination, press {U} or {T} to select the target des- tination, and then press {W}.

Searching for a destination by e-mail address

Use the following procedure to search by e-mail address for a destination in the machine's address book.

A Press {Search Destination}.
