When the Subject is not Centered (Shooting with Focus-lock)

When your subject is not in the center of your composition, compose your photo after focusing. (Focus- lock)

Example: Taking a photograph of the castle in the background with the camera focused on a person in front.

1. Press the Power button to turn the camera on.

2. Switch the Mode Selector to 5.

3. Put the subject of your photo right in the center of the LCD Monitor or the Viewfinder and press the shutter button half- way.
