Press & Talk Call Alerts

There are several ways your phone alerts you during

Press & Talk calls.

When you make or receive a Press & Talk call:

䢇The phone sounds (depending on the Ringer Type and

Ringer Volume setting).

䢇The backlight illuminates.

䢇The screen displays a Press & Talk call message.

䢇The other party's Press & Talk number and name (if

available) are displayed.

䢇The screen displays who has the floor.

The status of a Press & Talk call is displayed as follows:

䢇The Green LED On indicates you have the floor and

may speak.

䢇The Red LED On indicates another contact has the floor.

䢇The LED Off indicates the floor is open. (You can take the

floor and speak by pressing and holding .)
