Mobile Data

1.Press and tap > Settings > More settings > Mobile networks.

2.Tap Mobile data to create a checkmark and activate the feature.

Network mode

1.Press and tap > Settings > More settings > Mobile networks > Network mode.

2.Tap your preferred network mode. Options include CDMA, LTE/CDMA, GSM/UMTS, and Automatic.

Connections Optimizer

To turn Connections Optimizer on:

1.Press and tap > Settings > More settings > Mobile networks > Connections optimizer. You will see a disclaimer.

2.Read the disclaimer and tap I Agree to turn Sprint Connections Optimizer on.

To turn Connections Optimizer off:

1.Press and tap > Settings > More settings > Mobile networks > Connections optimizer.

2.Uncheck the box on the Connections Optimizer page.

Tethering

Tethered Mode allows your computer to obtain an external data connection by using the phone’s wireless data services and a wired USB connection or a separate Bluetooth connection.

Important! If you are using your phone for Tethering, you may be prompted for additional drivers. The Samsung Mobile Driver for the SPH-L900 contains the ADB, CDMA, & WiMAX drivers that are required for using either Tethering (Phone as a Modem) or development tools.

Before attempting a tethered connection:

nGo to www.samsung.com and visit the SPH-L900 Product page, where you can navigate to the Download Center to obtain this driver.

nThe online FAQ also provide detailed information about this driver.

nA wireless data connection can be made by using the phone’s Sprint Hotspot feature.
