Defrosting guide

This defrosting guide is based on the condition that frozen food is between -18 °C and -20 °C in internal temperatures. The standing time varies depending on the food type (meat or vegetables) and serving size (thinner or thicker pieces of food).

	Put frozen fish in the	middle of a flat ceramic plate. Arrange the thinner parts
	under the thicker parts. Shield narrow ends of fillets and tail of whole fish
	with aluminium foil. Turn over after half of defrosting time! Stand for 10-25
	minutes.
