Groups

R Press the {OK} key.

S Press 0 or 1 to select "Yes" if the group was programmed in a Quick Dial, or select "No" if it was not.

T Press the {OK} key.

If you selected "No", go to step V.

❒If you want to edit a pro- grammed Quick Dial, press the

Quick Dial key, and then the {OK} key.

U Press the {OK} key.

If you want to add another destina- tion to the group, go to step F.

V Press the {User Tools} key to re- turn to standby display.

Deleting

The following procedure describes how to delete a destination from a group.

• When you delete a destination from a group programmed in a Quick Dial or a Speed Dial, the contents of the Quick Dial or Speed Dial are not deleted.

To delete a destination from a group

A Press the {User Tools} key.

B Press 0 or 1 until " 2. Fax Fea- tures " is displayed.

C Press the {OK} key.

Confirm that " 1. Program / Delete " is displayed.

D Press the {OK} key.
