Step Action
1 Click Add User. The Add User dialog appears.
2 Enter the new users name in the User Name field.
3 Enter a distinct password in the Password field.
4 Click OK to confirm the new user.
5 To edit a user name or user password, click Edit User. To delete a user, click
Remove User.
Step Action
1 Click Add Group. The Group Rights dialog appears.
2 Enter the name of the new group in the Group Name field.
3 Select Administration Rights for the group.
4 Select Project Rights for the group.
5 Click OK to save the new group.
6 To edit a group name or group rights, click Edit Group Rights. To delete a
group, click Remove Group.
Step Action
1 To add a user to a user group, select a user from the Users list, select a group
from the User Groups list and click Add User to Group.
2 To remove a user from a user group, select a user from the User Groups list and
click Remove User From Group.
