Configuring the Advanced Settings

In the Advanced Settings menu, you can configure all the options for the Gigaset WLAN Repeater 108. If you wish, you can also make changes to the settings you made using the wizards. The following table shows the menu options.

Menu	Description

Operating Mode	Here you can change the Operating Mode of your device
	(page 46).
Local Network	You can configure the settings for your local network (page 47).

Wireless Network	You can configure the wireless network and protect your device
	and network against eavesdropping (see page 51).
Administration	In this menu, you can make or edit various system settings,
	e.g. change the password (see page 66) or set the region and
	time (see page 64).
	You can restart the device (see page 68) and update the
	firmware (see page 69).
