Setup
You can create different
“transmission profiles” for different uses. A profile is selected before text entry for the SMS.

Service Centre
Enter or change the phone numbers of Service Centres as supplied by the Service Provider.
Recipient
Enter the standard recipient for this transmission profile or select from the Addressbook.
Message type
Variable The message type is re- quested for each mes- sage.
Standard Normal SMS message. text
Telex Transmission via SMS.
Fax Transmission via SMS.
Email Transmission via SMS.
X400 Transmission via SMS.
Own va- Define a new message

Validity period
Select the period in which the Service Centre tries to deliver the message:
Maximum*, Own value:, Variable, 1 hour, 12 hours, 1 day, 1 week
*Maximum period that the Service Provider permits.
Status report
You are given confirmation of the successful or unsuccessful delivery of a sent message. This service may be subject to a charge.
Direct reply
The reply to your message is handled via your Service Centre (info from your Service Provider).
