ReplayTV is not intendedto be used as a long-term storage device. You can free up more recording space by transferring your
recordingsto videotape and watching them on your VCR.
Before saving a recording to videotape, m ake sure your VCR is connected properly t o ReplayTV.See “Connecting ReplayTV to a
VCR”on page 10 for more information.
•Tosave a record ing to videotape:
1. Turnon your VCR.
2. Inserta videotape into your VCR.
3. Press REPLAYGUIDE.
4. Highlightthe recording you want to save to videotape.
5. Press SELECT.
6. SelectS aveto VCR.
7. SelectC ontinue to start the countdown.
8. Press Recordon your VCR.
•While the recordingis being saved to videotape, do not press
any buttons on theRe playTVremote control. On-screen dis-
plays willbe recordedif they appear.
