Recording on an MD

7 Insert a recordable MD.

8 Press CD SYNC NORMAL.

The MD deck stands by for recording and the CD player pauses for play.

9 Press MD S.

Recording starts.

When the recording is completed, the CD player and the MD deck stop automatically.

To stop recording

Press CD s or MD s.

If the MD becomes full during recording

The CD player and the MD deck stop automatically.

Notes

•If the play mode is set to the Repeat or Shuffle Play, it automatically switches to normal play at step 8.

•Auto Cut function will not operate during Synchro- recording.

Recording the currenttrack — REC IT

You can record a track quickly while listening to a CD.

If the MD has been partially recorded, recording starts after the recorded tracks.

CD play starts.

2 Press REC/REC IT while listening to a track you want to record.

Play returns to the start of the track and recording starts. The MD deck stops automatically at the end of the track.
