Connecting with a component video cable

The COMPONENT VIDEO OUT jacks output brightness (Y) and chroma (PB, PR) independently to reproduce the original color.

You can also enjoy higher quality pictures from 480p/720p progressive signals or 1080i interlace signals, if your TV, projector or AV amplifier (receiver) is compatible.

Be sure to also connect an audio cable as the COMPONENT VIDEO jacks do not output audio signals.
