Connecting SCSI Peripheral Devices

SCSI peripheral devices can be connected to the SCSI connectors of the AIT autoloader. The SCSI configuration of the autoloader is as shown below. Connect the devices according to the system environment.

SCSI ID : 0

SCSI connectors

Notes

•The default factory settings of the SCSI IDs are as follows.

-AIT drive: 0

-Loader: 1

•Do not use repetitive SCSI IDs.

•Connect peripheral devices before turning on the AIT autoloader and host computer.

Turning the Power On/Off

Turn On the Power

Turn on the AIT autoloader, then turn on the host computer.

1 Press the power switch on the rear of the autoloader, as illustrated.
