When headphones are connected

You can only select this sound field if headphones are connected to the receiver.

HP 2CH:

This mode is selected automatically if you use headphones (except when [Analog Direct] is selected). Standard 2-channel stereo sources completely bypass the sound field processing and multi-channel surround formats are downmixed to 2 channels except LFE signals.

HP Direct (HP DIRECT):

This mode is selected automatically if you use headphones when [Analog Direct] is selected. This mode outputs analog signals without processing by the equalizer, sound field, etc.
