In step (3), select CUSTOM1 SET or CUSTOM2 SET, depending on which title you want to change, then press the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial.
Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select [C], then press the dial to delete the title. The last character is erased. Enter the new title as desired.
If it takes a certain period *1) or longer to enter characters in the standby mode while a cassette is in your camcorder
The power automatically goes off. The characters you have entered remain stored in memory. Set the POWER switch to OFF (CHG) once, and turn it to CAMERA again, then start from step (1).
We recommend setting the POWER switch to VCR/PLAYER or removing the cassette so that your camcorder is not automatically turned off while you are entering title characters.*2)
To erase a character
Select [C]. The last character is erased.
To enter a space
Select [Z& ?!], then select the blank part between & and ?.
If you select [
]
The menu for selecting alphabet and Russian characters appears. Select [
] to return to the previous screen.
