5.1 List Tasks

1.Click on the OpenHand Main Menu.

2.The Task List page is displayed:

3.Click to return to the OpenHand Main Menu.

Tip: You can change the order in which the tasks are displayed by expanding the list drop-down menu, and selecting a different entry. The default is Due date, ascending.

5.1.1 The Task Options Menu

The Task Options Menu is a pop-up menu that appears when you click on an individual Task in the Task List page. Options for each Task are accessed through the Task Options Menu.

Tasks are Viewed, Edited, Moved etc using this menu.

5.1.2 Access another Task Folder

1.On the Task List page, click .

2.The Folder List page is displayed.

3.Navigate to the required folder.

4.Click OK.

Note: Whilst in the Tasks section, you can only navigate to other Tasks folders. To navigate to a different type of folder (e.g. Mail or Appointments), return to the OpenHand Main Menu, and select the required section.
