1. On the Mail List page, click on Find.

6.Click on OK to start the search or Clear to remove all the criteria data to start afresh.
7.The OpenHand server will search for the relevant Email(s) and will display the result in the Email list view.
2.13 Move an Email to the Deleted Items Folder
2. The first page of a two page tabbed selection screen will appear.

3.Enter the key words that pertain to the email(s) to be found, and/or select the email status.
4.The second tabbed selection page allows the date of the email to be entered.

2.On the OpenHand Menu Bar click Delete.
3.A confirmation message is displayed.
4.Click Yes to move the email to the Deleted Items Folder.
