In the Duplex Area

Jam Duplex1

1Open the rear output tray.

2Remove the jammed paper.

3Close the rear output cover.

4Open and close the top cover. Printing can be resumed.

Jam Duplex2

1Pull the paper tray out of the printer.

2Pull down the metal plate inside of the printer.

CAUTION: Use the lever on the left when pulling the plate

otherwise injury may occur.
