atm oam pingSend ATM loopback cells.

[interval = <number{100-1000000}>]
dest The destination address for the request.
This can be any ATM phonebook entry.
REQUIRED
count A number between 1 and 1000000.
Represents the number of pings to send.
OPTIONAL
interval A number between 100 and 1000000 (milliseconds).
Represents the interval between packets.
