HSelect DS1 SF (D4) to receive a DS1 signal with SuperFrame

framing.

HSelect DS1 ESF to receive a DS1 signal with Extended

SuperFrame framing.

HSelect DS3 Unframed to receive an unframed DS3 signal.

HSelect DS3 C-bit to receive a DS3 signal using C-bit framing.

HSelect DS3 M13 to receive a DS3 signal using M13 framing.
